State Zak ships all products via Australia Post for fast and reliable shipping. Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be processed.

The delivery timeframe below applies once your order has been dispatched and you have received your tracking number.

Standard shipping ($9.95) 3 - 10 business days

FREE standard shipping on orders over $150

Please note that the above delivery times are an estimated guide only. Orders are not processed over weekends or public holidays.

DISPATCH TIME FRAME

Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched, and up to 48 hours during high volume periods, holidays and sales.

Any orders made over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send your Australia Post tracking number to the email entered at checkout.

DELIVERY

For the purposes of security and minimising the chances of theft, most orders will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present at the time of delivery, your package will be redirected to your nearest post office for collection. Make sure you remember to bring your Photo ID when collecting your order.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking number. You will be able to use this number to track your package and delivery timeframe online.

Please allow at least 48 hours between Monday to Friday for your tracking number to be received via email. If you have not received your tracking number, please check your 'Junk' folder in your email, or contact us here.

DELAYS & LOSS IN TRANSIT

While we do everything in our power to make sure your package gets to you in a safe and timely manner, State Zak is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays in transit. We do not take any responsibility of an order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking. 

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately once orders have been processed, we are unable to cancel or change your order. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will try our best rectify the situation (if the order has not yet been processed). Please make sure you choose your items carefully and double-check that your shipping address is correct.
